From the conversation with Tony over the phone to the meeting with the Technician Jose, the knowledge and customer service were top-notch. Jose immediately came in and told me what was wrong with my unit. He provided pictures of the cause as well. Previously, two “licensed” technicians failed to mention any real issue. It seems as though they were all over the place with their diagnostics which ultimately cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Jose was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Overwhelmed with an array of other issues, I went with an alternative solution. Knowing this, they still weren’t hesitant to provide me with information to help me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this company!

I live in a rental and my leasing company sent one of their random vendors, and one of their guys decided it would be great to turn off my HVAC (to let it thaw out) and then leave for vacation until next Monday with no resolution. I called Climate Heroes in the middle of the night in a panic because it reached 91 degrees in my house and asked if they could please come in and turn it back on (I rather suffer in 76 degrees versus 90) which the owner promptly came first thing in the morning to do so (even when he didn’t have any techs available, he still came himself because I was going crazy from the heat). If I could have them fix the AC myself, I would have, but sadly, I do not own the house and my leasing agency has to do it. Still, this company has great customer service and answered their phone (I legit called them at 12am last night) and the owner is so nice and polite and professional. He even offered to provide me with a portable AC to use in the meantime until the other vendor can fix it. That was such a sweet offer. I really recommend them, especially for any emergencies or any issues you might have.

I couldn’t be happier with the device I received from Climate Heroes. They saved me when my AC stopped working at 6 pm with 2 sick kids in the house. They went above and beyond to get someone out to the house and fix the issue. I am definitely a customer for life! Everyone I worked with, Tony, Manuel and Jose more than exceeded my expectations.

Ron was on time and very nice and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it within minutes. I will definitely go through them when it’s time to upgrade my system. I would highly recommend using this company.

I called Climate Heroes at 6pm because our AC unit stopped blowing air. Ron promptly picked up and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Cesar came out the next morning, walked me through his troubleshooting steps and explained everything that was going on. We have cold air again! After several less-than-ideal visits from other companies over the past couple years, I was extremely pleased and satisfied with Climate Heroes, especially Cesar. I will absolutely be using them again!

The Climate Heroes staff did an excellent job from the beginning of our interaction to the end. I called on Thursday about my AC not blowing cold and they came out the next day to diagnose the problem. I also used them to replace my entire HVAC system and they did a great job. They were responsive to ALL my questions, professional, punctual, and kind. Would definitely use them again!!

On a Saturday late afternoon, our A/C went out. The technician came out and was very thorough and very honest with us. He gave me a good feeling, you know someone that can be trusted. He fixed our unit that afternoon! I would and will highly recommend this company!!

Our Freon had depleted from a leak and we had some sticker shock from another company so we started calling around. I’m so glad I found this team! Tony answered our call and answered questions I had, got us scheduled right away for someone to come out and make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong. Jose was equally as happy to answer questions, and explain what he would look at to diagnose, and even Tony showed up for a bit! We decided their work was definitely worth investing in the long term and have also subscribed to their twice-yearly maintenance program. We saved money and got quality service!
