With the heat being as it is lately, their timely response and ability to resolve our issues immediately, say more than a word or a thank you! The biggest surprise came when we received our bill. Excellent same-day service. Caesar was knowledgeable, and courteous and kept me informed during the entire process. Update- I had a problem with the first service but came out the same day made it right and replaced the thermostat. VERY PROFESSIONAL!

Jesus was great…very knowledgeable and very kind. I would only want him to service my air conditioning in the future. He had it working within a few minutes. Great job! We paid for this service out of pocket my insurance company told me it would be 5 days before they could send someone out your company came out the very next morning. My house was up to 98° and we could not wait 5 days. Thank you for your service.

Ron, Jose, and Tony (the owner) made sure that communication was given throughout the process and that any concerns were promptly resolved. Technicians were prompt with arrival. It’s nice to know that when service is needed, every effort is made to deliver it quickly.

This was my first time using an HVAC service and I was extremely nervous. I thought that I would get overcharged. This was not the case!! Climate heroes were amazing and truly helpful. They talked to us about our unit and what kind of maintenance it needs. The professional taught us how to change our filter in the future and it was really appreciated. Great experience with Climate Heroes! A/C was out on a Sunday morning with out-of-town guests on the way and 90+ degree days. Their dispatch representative was able to get a technician scheduled the same day. When Cesar arrived, he was VERY friendly and professional. He gave me multiple options for repairs and completed the work super fast. Well done Climate Heroes!
