Position Overview
We are hiring experienced HVAC Technicians to service homes across Greater Atlanta. This role includes diagnosing system issues, completing repairs, performing maintenance, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identifying customer’s needs
Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Managing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing repairs and maintenance
Participate in a technical training
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
Requirements
Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
Current HVAC technician license
Valid driver’s license
Reliable and self-motivated
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
Working knowledge of boiler systems
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
Ability to work in confined spaces
